In den Zwischenphasen wird das Gelernte in der Praxis angewendet und anschlie\u00dfend wieder in der Gruppe besprochen und verbessert. Maximal 7 Organisationen werden an einem Lab teilnehmen.<br \/>\nDas Lab bietet konzeptionelles Strategie-Wissen als auch praktisches Leadership-Know-How.
