Sie orchestriert den Rhythmus der Zusammenarbeit, sorgt f\u00fcr ein anregendes Ma\u00df an Klarheit und richtet die Energie im Team auf gemeinsame Ziele aus. Drei Dimensionen machen dabei den Teamerfolg wahrscheinlicher: Interaktion, Wirkung und Evolution.<\/p>\n<p>Das Lab richtet sich an formale F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4fte, die ihr Team zu einer leistungsstarken Einheit transformieren wollen. Es wird regul\u00e4r als insgesamt 4,5-t\u00e4giges Intensiv-Training in Berlin angeboten: Drei Labstationen in Pr\u00e4senz geben ihnen daf\u00fcr ein methodisches Fundament und die M\u00f6glichkeit im Austausch mit der Teilnehmergruppe und den Trainerinnen konkrete Ans\u00e4tze f\u00fcr das eigene Team zu entwickeln.
