Therese Thürmer accompanies and empowers executives and organizations in leadership issues, cultural change and transformation processes in German and English speaking countries.Before starting her own business with the foundation of LYNKEUS BERLIN in 2021, Therese Thürmer gained several years of consulting experience at LEAD Mindsets & Capabilities GmbH, a consultancy specialized in leadership and change management, and at complexium Berlin, a consultancy for social media analytics and digital, strategic communication.
Within this framework, she has managed and implemented numerous projects with clients of all sizes from the private, public and non-profit sectors, such as companies in the media industry, the education sector, the finance and insurance industry or e-commerce, as well as family-run medium-sized companies (“hidden champions”), ministries and offices, international aid organizations, initiatives and foundations, start-ups and digital/innovation agencies.
She gained further valuable experience during positions in the German Bundestag, in the advertising and media industry.
Therese Thürmer studied social and business communication (GWK) at the Berlin University of the Arts and graduated from the Technical University of Dresden in business administration, esp. Organizational Sciences, to the Dr. rer. pol. PhD. There, in addition to her work at LYNKEUS BERLIN, she is also a lecturer for change management.
The key to Maren Rössing’s success throughout her professional life has been her ability to grasp complex issues from different perspectives, to empathize with people and their interests, to motivate change and, at the same time, to think in terms of the company’s perspective: from topics such as personal career planning and personality development, strategic and operational personnel development such as onboarding/employee retention programs, to project management and systemic consulting.Maren Rössing studied business administration at the University of Lüneburg, specializing in organization and decision-making. She then worked in human resources at McKinsey & Company, a global management and strategy consultancy. Her enthusiasm for successful interaction between people and structure subsequently brought her to Teach First Deutschland, a startup in the education industry, as well as to Cornelsen Verlag, a leading company in the publishing industry.
After further training as a systemic consultant, she has been a team member at LYNKEUS BERLIN since the end of 2021.
