HOW CAN I LEAD TOMORROW TODAY?

The STRATEGIC LEADERSHIP LAB is a cross-industry competency-building program that enables executives to implement forward-looking strategy work.

It is aimed at as many as 2-3 people in an organization who want to shape the strategic development of their organization in a contemporary and customized way.

The Lab offers conceptual strategy knowledge as well as practical leadership know-how. In addition, it opens up a space for critical reflection on your strategy work to date and enables a constructive exchange with like-minded people – even beyond the duration of the Lab.

The lab is limited to max. seven participating organizations.

In addition to the time of registration, the composition of the entire group of participants in the Lab plays a particular role in the selection of organizations.

Three LAB Stations

The focus of the joint work is the development of a clear understanding of roles as well as ways of concrete implementation with methods and techniques.

The Lab is a protected space for open exchange based on fictional case studies. Between Lab stations, each organization works on its own practice case. Optionally with experienced coaching support.

The Lab Format

Intensive workshop on three attendance dates with optional accompanying coaching

As the founder of Lynkeus Berlin, Therese advises and empowers leaders in managing the tension between direction vs. collaboration. Her concern is to create clarity and uncover motivation in unpredictable, complex action situations.

As Managing Director of explayn and a former officer, Matthias is primarily interested in how the gap between strategic planning and operational implementation can be closed.

To this end, he combines classic elements of strategy work with systemic, playful-interactive and agile approaches.
